Les appels à manifestation d’intérêt “Compétences et métiers d’avenir” (AMI CMA) visent à financer des projets de formation répondant aux objectifs fixés par **France 2030**,
en cohérence avec les politiques publiques définies par le gouvernement.
L’annonce, en 2022, de la relance de la filière nucléaire en France, avec le projet de construction d’au moins six nouveaux EPR, impose la mise en œuvre d’un plan de formation
ambitieux afin de répondre à un besoin estimé à 100 000 emplois sur dix ans à l’échelle nationale.
Le projet “Normandie Nucléaire, Nouvelles Compétences” (3NC) est lauréat d’un AMI CMA et bénéficie d’un financement de 42 M€. Ce projet, piloté par la Région Normandie, fédère les partenaires académiques, industriels et institutionnels du territoire.
J’évoquerai plus particulièrement l’implication des laboratoires de recherche de la région et des établissements d’enseignement supérieur, en mettant l’accent sur le rôle de l’Université de Caen Normandie (UNICAEN).

L’Université de Caen, impliquée dans sept AMI CMA, assure le pilotage de deux axes du projet 3NC :
* “Massification et nucléarisation des formations”,
* “Excellence et professionnalisation”.

Je présenterai d’abord l’état des formations existantes auxquelles contribuent les enseignants-chercheurs de la 29ᵉ section du CNU rattachés à nos laboratoires.
J’insisterai ensuite sur les efforts engagés dans le cadre du projet 3NC pour consolider ces formations et en développer de nouvelles.
Je poursuivrai avec la présentation du projet de Halle Technologique (HT2N), soutenu et financé par la Région Normandie, Caen la Mer et le Conseil départemental du Calvados.
Enfin, je conclurai en évoquant l’accompagnement mis en place pour renforcer la différenciation de l’UNICAEN et de ses unités de recherche locales,
à travers le projet « Caen, Stratégie pour l’Accélération en Recherche » (CaeSAR), ainsi que les synergies entre formation, recherche et partenaires industriels qu’il vise à développer.

The “Skills and Future Professions” Calls for Expressions of Interest (AMI CMA) aim to fund training projects that address the objectives set by France 2030, in line with public policies defined by the French government.
The announcement in 2022 of the revival of the nuclear sector in France, with the plan to construct at least six new EPR reactors, requires the implementation of an ambitious training strategy to meet an estimated demand of 100,000 jobs over the next ten years nationwide.
The “Normandie Nucléaire, Nouvelles Compétences” (3NC) project was selected under the AMI CMA framework and benefits from €42 million in funding.
Led by the Normandy Region, this initiative brings together academic, industrial, and institutional partners from across the territory.
I will particularly discuss the involvement of regional research laboratories and higher education institutions, with a focus on the role of the University of Caen Normandy (UNICAEN).

The University of Caen, which is involved in seven AMI CMA projects, coordinates two key components of the 3NC program:
* “Massification and Nuclearization of Training Programs”, and
* “Excellence and Professionalization.”

I will first outline the existing training programs in which faculty members from the 29th section of the CNU within our laboratories are actively engaged.
I will then highlight the initiatives supported by the 3NC project to strengthen current programs and develop new educational pathways.
Next, I will present the Technological Hall project (HT2N), supported and co-funded by the Normandy Region, Caen la Mer, and the Departmental Council of Calvados.
Finally, I will conclude by discussing the measures designed to enhance the distinctive positioning of UNICAEN and its local research units through the project “Caen, Strategy for Research Acceleration” (CaeSAR), as well as the synergies between higher education, research, and industrial partners that it aims to promote.
